2 Feb 2017 in National Assembly:
Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This being a very popular item in our calendar, I want to request Members that, because of the high interest, we use our discretion to speak for two or three minutes so that other Members can also get time to say something. 31 Jan 2017 in National Assembly:

25 Jan 2017 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. While I totally support all the sentiments expressed by my good friend, Hon. Kang’ata, there is something he did in this House that I think is out of order.
