Mr. Chairman, Sir, would I be in order to remind the Senators in this House who are also the Chairpersons of the County Development Boards (CDBs) that they should remember that in one months’ time, they will also be in the county working on moving those boards and also working on the monies which are entitled to counties? Thank you, Mr. Chairman, Sir.

Yes, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. The Statement relates to the cash transfer programme for the persons with severe disabilities.
