It has been said in this House before that if you are a Member of a Committee, you should not seek a Statement from that same Committee, unless you want to play to the gallery, which, in my view, is not necessary. In fact, in admitting that the answer is not sufficient, as a Member of the Committee, he is actually saying that he has failed in his duties in that Committee. view
