I meant the architectural designs so that the county assemblies and the Governors’ residence are standardized. If you go to South Africa and Ontario, the headquarters are standardized.   • 5 Aug 2014 in Senate: Mr. Chairman, Sir, as I support my Chairman in charge of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget on this amendment, may I express my disappointment on behalf of the medical fraternity of this Republic. When the Constitution gave the President an opportunity to hire professionals to be in charge of Government departments, our hope as doctors, nurses, paramedics and patients was that the person who would steer this particular department would be somebody with expertise in the medical profession.
