In 1978, when the late President Kenyatta died, they started by playing the National Anthem to bring the country together. Therefore, it is a serious thing. The second one is that Members might ask why I have not distinguished between the two Speakers of the two Houses. It is because I want to avoid an unnecessary debate here and in the Lower House. This is because the moment you put the Speaker of the National Assembly above, the Senate will also demand that the Speaker of the Senate be above and vice versa .
