Why is it that nations that are so close to each other historically and are at par in terms of development, economy and GDP are so wide apart in modern days? If we had a culture of reading in this country, I probably think that our leaders could have a different perspective on why they are elected into leadership. view

I do not know! Is it because we have not cultivated the culture of reading from generation to generation that our leaders have also learnt to leave the same culture to new generations?
