Wamunyinyi has just mentioned that the Governor of Uasin Gishu County rounded up street children and dropped them in Bungoma. I do not know whether he has facts or he is just making wild allegations. I come from Uasin Gishu County and I know such a thing did not happen. Therefore, he should withdraw and apologise. view

What drove me to come up with this Motion is that I visited a school in my constituency which is in an area called Moi’s Bridge Ward. The school sits on one acre of land and has 450 students. Looking at the young students enjoying themselves, you want to give them the most comfortable place to acquire their education. An acre of land in that area goes for about Kshs1 million.
