I urge Members of this House, please, support this great lady who has done very well and will continue to do very well for this country. I urge that we all look at her as a woman who merits sitting in this office and performing well. With those many remarks, I strongly support.

Mumias Sugar Company is wrong? Is that what he is saying? Is he saying that the thousands of cane farmers that I saw yesterday in Mumias do not deserve a bailout? That we cannot go out of our way to save them? I hope the people of western Kenya are hearing this from the Chairman of ODM. It is a shame.

Sakaja for bring this very important Bill to this House, and for staying true to the reason why he was nominated to this House by TNA as a representative of the youth. On behalf of the women in this Parliament, KEWOPA, we are very glad that this Bill has come to the House. I do not see any woman in this House who will not support this Bill. Let me also congratulate the Mover of this Bill for seeing it fit to go beyond the policy statement of the Jubilee Government on waiver of all examination fees for KSCE and KCPE. I congratulate the Mover for seeing it fit to make it law, so that it is not at the whims of individuals either waive or not to waive exam fees. Education is a basic need.
