I brought a Motion on the retirement age to be 50 years in this House because of the cry of the youth in this country. One, we have a country where people are appointed to positions when they are over 80 years. Those are people who have worked for more than 74 years in the public service. We also have organisations where you will find someone working at an acting capacity for more than seven years. A good example is, last year, where the whole top management of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) were on acting capacity.
