Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of insecurity particularly in my constituency is very serious. You do recall that I even brought a similar Question to the House. Immediately thereafter, my CDF offices and the water company offices were broken into. Last week, the district hospital was broken into and a doctor beaten up. As the Assistant Minister addresses the issue of insecurity in this House, what has he done to address the issue of insecurity in Yatta Constituency? This is particularly in Matuu, Kithimani, Katangi and Chua?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, previously we had a case where business was put on the Order Paper without the knowledge of the House Business Committee and the Chair, which meant that, that business came through the back door. This time round, it is the opposite. The business was put on the Order Paper through the House Business Committee.
