It is now four years since that promise was made. However, when the Government promised to re-open the New Kenya Co-operative Creameries, it did it almost immediately. Why is the Minister moving slowly in opening KMC? Those who are working on the site paint one iron sheet per day. At that rate, when will he ever open the place? view

On many occasions in my constituency and other constituencies, there seems to be a big problem of remittance of funds for the Free Primary Education Programme. Why does it have to take a whole year to get an error like that corrected? view

I was told that the funds would be sent to the school the following day after I had asked the Question. However, todate, the same school has not received any money. Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister tell us why that school has not received the money, and whether, indeed, Mbanda Salama Primary School will receive the money by tomorrow? One of the biggest problems is that the people who are meant to make decisions have an interest in the private sector in as far as provision of health services is concerned. This includes the Assistant Minister. Anybody with money obtained from drug trafficking and wants to invest in this country, walks in free and invests it without the Government querying its source. What is the Government doing to ensure that they verify the source of money from foreign investors to ensure that it is not from this trade? view
