Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this particular clause talks about the Commission facilitating access to any information which the Member has declared. So, you can imagine that gangsters will be queuing there with funny reasons so that they can access this information and come and harass you and even kidnap you. Is this the kind of Government we want that will be facilitating criminals to attack people?

On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. Just to make sure that we are moving together, I do not know at what stage the Minister was going to be told that we want two particular clauses to be recommitted. That is Clauses 16 and 17. His report should be on condition that those two clauses are recommitted.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, just one minute. Of course the Minister for Finance has heaped a lot of praises on the Tenth Parliament, but if there is one Government which is not keen on implementing the Constitution, it is this one. It is also not keen on delivering a new Constitution. The Bill which is coming to this House tomorrow will require a lot of time. So, when he talks about 12.30 p.m., I wonder whether he knows how much time will be required. So, I would have expected the Government – maybe I am expecting too much - to ...
