  • 20 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you recall yesterday, the documents which were tabled by Dr. Khalwale and which he said were affidavits - they were not affidavits as per the Speaker’s ruling - one of the letters which was tabled and which Dr. Khalwale was accusing Mr. Matemo of not collecting taxes, the letter is addressed to the Commissioner, Income Tax Department, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). I wish to pass over the letter to my friend. view
