the Bill was meant to tell the Judiciary to wait for the output so that it can declare it unconstitutional and it is referred back to Parliament for any amendment. However, we have to respect what the courts have done, we have no otherwise. We do know very well that courts have unlimited jurisdiction and, in any case, if somebody is aggrieved, the only place you can turn to is the courts. The argument from the Hon. Member in terms of the volume, maybe for purposes of notifying members, the names must be put on the website, but there must be something to be gazetted, at least, in the Kenya Gazette . If there is any misbehaviour by the advocates, the LSK can withdraw their services. It is important to have control measures. Secondly, I want to mention briefly on the issue of the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) which is supposed to supervise and help in regulating SACCOs. It is important because many SACCOs are going under and, maybe, it is the highest time that SASRA expanded so that there is timely supervision of those SACCOs.
