We do not want to mortgage our children and our future generations. As the National Assembly, we wanted to know this for purposes of planning. view

My worry is: Does that mean that maybe one of the conditions that might come is that some of these projects must be undertaken by the Chinese government or they will go to competitive bidding in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act? view
