I also want to add my voice to the debate on the failure of Cabinet Secretaries to turn up at the Committee on General Oversight to answer questions. Hon. Speaker, the EACC recently recovered pubic properties at the Coast through negotiated settlements reached upon at the High Court in Mombasa. The cases approving the negotiations were MBSELC/53/2013, MBSELC/55/2013, MBSELC/44/2013, MBSELC/32/2013, MBSELC/84/2013, MBSELC/99/2013 and MBSELC/131/2013.
