I also want to add my voice to the debate on the failure of Cabinet Secretaries to turn up at the Committee on General Oversight to answer questions. This must be condemned in the strongest terms; it is going to be a habit; every time they will be called upon to appear before the committee, they will not be coming because the first ones have not turned up.
