Somebody told me that since the CS is here today, I must ask this question. There is a sewer line and a water supply being built in Marsabit Town. At that time, we formed the Inter-Parties Parliamentary Group (IPPG), chaired by Hon. Jillo Jarso Falana, MP for Saku, my MP. I am proud of him. I thank the Committee of 1997.
