  • 13 Apr 2022 in National Assembly: Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Huduma Bill. It has come at the right time. Whenever you go shopping or to hospital, you are supposed to carry many documents in order for you to access services. view
  • 13 Apr 2022 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Huduma Namba will help us have one card that can help us access all the required services. You can use it, for example, to access your bank accounts, health services or for driving. view

I personally do not agree or appreciate the Report brought by the Chairman but I thank him for having brought it. More so, I can see that he is also frustrated because of what is happening. Hon. Speaker, I want to tell the National Treasury or whoever is supposed to disburse this money; that, I am not ashamed to say that they are deliberately sitting on this money so as to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. ... view
  • 8 Feb 2022 in National Assembly: frustrate the sitting Members of Parliament. They are seated comfortably in their offices while we face the bulk of the problems out there. As we speak, we have hundreds of children who are not in school because they are waiting for this money. Their parents and guardians are looking at us hoping that we will deliver. They do not know where the problem is. It is high time that the National Treasury and the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) released this money so that students can go back to school as the CDF Committee complete the stalled projects. We will ... view

  • 2 Feb 2022 in National Assembly: Shut up! We have received less than 30 per cent of NG-CDF. Hon. Deputy Speaker, let me conclude, please. Is this money disbursed in a skewed way? There are some Members who have received 50 per cent and others who have received 30 per cent. Let the matter be tabled here and then we see it. view
