  • 8 Feb 2022 in National Assembly: frustrate the sitting Members of Parliament. They are seated comfortably in their offices while we face the bulk of the problems out there. As we speak, we have hundreds of children who are not in school because they are waiting for this money. Their parents and guardians are looking at us hoping that we will deliver. They do not know where the problem is.
