It is signed and brought here. How can the hon. Member assert that this is a Motion which is a gross abuse of House discipline and that it is an evil scheme? He is totally out of order. He is actually encroaching on the dignity of this House! view

They have done a lot of work on this Bill. There were over 100 proposed amendments. But, today, we are very happy to note that we have an Act that protects trading in the Kenyan seas.
