• 3 Aug 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in the current hunger crisis that we have had in parts of Kenya, we have seen efforts being made to get the food to some areas. In some areas, the challenge has been distribution. We have seen many trucks breaking down on the way and, from where we stand, distribution is the main challenge in this programme.
