• 30 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: THAT, in its second Marginalisation Policy, the Commission on Revenue Allocation has dropped roads as one of the key indicators of measuring access to the Equalisation Fund by counties, a decision which is likely to impact negatively on the beneficiary counties such as the County of Taita Taveta, whose inclusion as a beneficiary was arrived at due to undeveloped road network among other factors. view
