  • 17 May 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is always a procedure that is followed. The UBS is the banking section of the same co-operative. So, if there are any farmers who had not taken loans, they can follow the District Co-operative Union. Unfortunately, the UBS owes the District Co-operative Union more than what it is holding. So, we need to tally and agree with them. But if there are any individuals who have any problems, I urge them to see our District Co- operatives Officer on the ground, or visit us in our offices, and we will be able to assist them. view

  • 12 Apr 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really do not know if it is in order for the former Chairman of PAC to read out the names of those who were members in the PAC then and at the same time explain something about them.
