However, I was very surprised when I went back home in the village and was told that they are still available, but at a very high cost. It means that we have legislation that is not followed sometimes. This Committee has quite some work in their hands to do. We will support them in whatever way to ensure that they do their work and ensure that they add onto the voices of the Government, Executive and environment conservationists to ensure that we protect our environment. view

While you were away, we missed you. Hon. Cheboi did a good job, although he exhibited so much dictatorial tendencies. However, he tried as much as possible to ensure that business went on. The Swahili people say: “ Paka akiondoka, panya hutawala” Hon. Cheboi did a great job. view

Deputy Speaker, those who are normally affected by road traffic accidents are mostly persons with disabilities. The membership of our club gets bloated every now and then through road accidents. So, I am an interested stakeholder when it comes to traffic rules.
