Article 54(2a) of the Constitution talks about involvement of persons with disability in appointive and nominative positions. As we put these instruments in place, we want to urge the county assemblies to ensure that persons with disabilities are involved fully. Not all of us are intelligent enough in terms of books, but we have hidden talents and abilities, which CBC will excite and bring them out.
