Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to say yes; the two toilets have been constructed. But, could the Assistant Minister indulge a bit and actually inform this House how much money has been spent on those toilets?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I still do not want to agree with the answer so far. This is because, actually, I belong to one clan which he has just mentioned. What I am saying is the truth because I come from that area. There is no rivalry at all. If that is the situation, why did the council set aside funds to buy a piece of land to construct a market nearby, if the other one exists?
