However, if the member appointed to the Board is from the general public, he is not representing Parliament or any Ministry, he will be required to go through this process. Currently, it just indicates that there will be elections without indicating who will do it. We are recommending that the members of the Board immediately before the enactment of the Act shall conduct the first elections of the Board within twelve months.
