• 2 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, while I was away, there was an amendment that I had proposed to Clause 31. If it had been carried, I would not have had to do this. However, based on what the Member for Mumias said, which I support, we will now have to retain it. That is why I am dropping that amendment of mine. view
