Ahsante, Bw. Spika. Yaonekana Waziri Msaidizi yuko katika ulimwengu mwingine.

5 Dec 2006 in National Assembly:
Bw.

5 Dec 2006 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to thank the Public Accounts Committee for this report. As you can see, we are examining Accounts that date back to 10 years ago. To me, this looks like dealing with posthumous events. I know that even if a malpractice was highlighted by the Press, some of the culprits, who may have been involved in financial mismanagement, are dead. 28 Nov 2006 in National Assembly:
Bw.

23 Nov 2006 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this House must applaud this Assistant Minister who has accepted that he is aware that the incident took place because we always hear other Ministers say that they are not aware. In the absence of a forensic laboratory, what scientific methods are they using to examine bodies which they have exhumed prior to prosecution?

22 Nov 2006 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that the Assistant Minister does not know that Tala is very close to Nairobi, and that it is a haven for criminals. He said that there are no plans to upgrade Tala Police Post, which is very close to Thika and Machakos. What steps is he taking to control robberies on the Nairobi-Tala-Kangundo Road?

22 Nov 2006 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, you have heard the sentiments from the Assistant Minister, which are cosmetic. It is not the price that we are looking at. In order to encourage farmers in this country to produce more for export, what incentives does the Ministry have to give them in this world of high prices?
