It has been very hard, though, for Members of Parliament to understand the term "Miscellaneous and others" which has featured in the Bill. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Motion has come at a time when this country has been left in a vacuum. I support the Motion on the following grounds. In the recent past, this Parliament has created committees and commissions to deal with corruption, but there have not been any checks and balances.
