I really want to thank the Chair. She is really trying, since I know that a year spent in school for a poor girl translates into family planning, how you space your child and good life generally. It is very unfortunate that as country we have a problem with the enforcement of laws. ...

This girl was gang-raped by six men whom she indentified. She went to report the matter to the police and it was very unfortunate that, even after she reported to the police, she was merely told to wash off and go away. It is very unfortunate what girls in this country are facing. The punishment these perpetrators received at the courts was just a mere ...

these girls and who impregnated them. It does not take three weeks for the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology to find out how these girls were impregnated and who did this. That is a very serious issue that requires very urgent intervention.
