Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

Pursuant to Standing Order No. 46(2)(a), I rise to make a Statement on the prevailing insecurity situation in Isiolo County and to state that- (1) The County has been affected by inter-communal disputes and violence over boundaries, land and grazing rights and cattle rustling has been a major feature of that violence. view

(3) Land adjudication at the Isiolo Meru border has also led to violent clashes between communities.
