We were informed by the Water Resource Management Authority (WARMA) when they were on ground that once they issued the license, there are no mechanisms in place to follow up and make sure that those dams are safe. I want to join her in congratulating West Pokot for coming up with such a Petition. Health is a pertinent issue and a matter that affects the whole country. All the issues raised regarding human resource, security of equipment and poor health care services, where people cannot even get panadol or paracetamol in those hospitals, affect most of the counties.
