Dullo Fatuma Adan

Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

I want to say that personally, I have worked with people living with disabilities for many years and I know it is an area that requires a lot of support. These people have a lot of challenges. It is long overdue for this amendment to have been carried, the reason being that it is now almost six years down the line since we had the Constitution in place and the Disability Act should have been amended.
