We had a lengthy discussion with this Commission. The Commission is not Mr. Nyachae. Let me confirm to this House that he personally confirmed to the Committee that he is not interested in serving this Commission even if it is given an extension. This clearly indicates that the Commission is not Mr. Nyachae.
