Ndiema that according to the information that I have, the CID officers are just observers in that process and not carrying out the actual vetting themselves. That has been indicated in the Statement. In the event that they are harassing any citizen, if there is evidence to that, we will ask the relevant departments to investigate and give feedback on the same.
