As the Senate Minority Leader, he has one hour for Committee reports. He exhausted three minutes and had 57 minutes left. From the look of it, the Chair, Vice-Chair or any Member of this Committee are not in the House. I think we will do them justice by deferring this Motion and not disposing of it without giving them the benefit of replying. view
