My conscience is very clear that we are moving in the right direction because if you consider Standing Order No.68(1)(a) as read together with Standing Order No.68(1)(b), we are within our mandate to constitute this Committee. The 11 names that have been proposed have got the skills, experience, discipline and qualifications to objectively execute the mandate that is before them.
