The name “Ichung’wah” sometimes is very difficult to pronounce. We call him “Ichungwa” or “Ichung’wah”, but he has done a very wonderful Bill. There was no one to turn to because what my people did was to call me as their Member of Parliament. But without coordination by a body that can, say, coordinate resources, it has always been difficult. You can call on the World Vision, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) or any other organization. They have been willing to support but there is no formal way of engaging them. This Bill provides a structure and a way through which NGOs will be engaged by the Government. view
