The name “Ichung’wah” sometimes is very difficult to pronounce. We call him “Ichungwa” or “Ichung’wah”, but he has done a very wonderful Bill. There was no one to turn to because what my people did was to call me as their Member of Parliament. But without coordination by a body that can, say, coordinate resources, it has always been difficult. You can call on the World Vision, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) or any other organization.
