Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have no problem with that. But he made it appear so general. The issue was generalized. It appears that, whenever drugs reach our facilities, they are sold. That is what I am against.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Government shall ensure training of healthcare providers on proper information dissemination and education on HIV and AIDS including post-exposure prophylaxis for prevention of transmission. (b) by inserting a new subclause immediately after subclause (3) as follows- (4) The Minister for the time being responsible for matters relating to health shall in collaboration with relevant stakeholders provide guidelines for post exposure prophylaxis.
