This ratification is long overdue because times are changing and the youths do not respect the older people. We are better of passing this today because back at home, our supporters are very uneasy about this. Let us put this at six months instead of 12 months. view

Those who were there may go to the Sugar Board but you cannot force them to go. There are those who were there and maybe they have even got better positions. So, it should be acted on.
