Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First, I want to thank Hon. Keter for bringing this Bill to the House. In this regard, this House ought to make it mandatory for Government agencies to provide clearance for prospective employee free-of-charge. We should provide for days within which one should get clearance upon applying for the same. If I were to apply for clearance from whatever agency, it should take the minimum time possible for me ...

Hon. Deputy Speaker, thank you for the chance. My suggestion would be, let the Cabinet Secretary be directed to come here. Everybody is concerned about whatever he has done. I would ask the Speaker to direct the Departmental Committee on Education and Research to call the Cabinet Secretary before us to have a caucus meeting with him so that I can tell him what is happening. The guy is irrelevant.

Hon. Speaker, thank you for the chance. I want to take this opportunity, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Trans Nzoia and Kwanza in general, to send my heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Mzee George Nthenge, a founder Member of the party which up to today, I still belong to, FORD-K. It was FORD at that time but after some time, it became FORD-K. I knew Mzee as somebody who was a naturalist. At one time I saw him driving with Hon. James Orengo in town fighting for the democracy of this ...
