We are debating it. Therefore, we are looking for a resolution of this House. This is a timely Motion. Secondly, the question is:”Why is it happening at this time? • 25 Jul 2018 in National Assembly: County governments are messing up. We have given them money and when you go to look at the jobs they have done in some places, they are not completed. All I see are National Government- Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) projects. I do not even see projects that have been done by my county government. This Commission should go around the country so that it can fix some of these things. I want to give this chance to my colleagues so that they can contribute. I support the Motion. view

I have a very recent experience. Only two days ago, the Chinese came to my constituency to construct a road. Before that, they were looking for a place where they could put up a camp. Because there was nothing in writing, the owner of the land kept on changing the rates within two months. In fact, they are currently not able to set up the camp.
