• 9 Jan 2013 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to add my voice in support of this report. Initially, I had some very fundamental problems with the report because I really felt that justice was not at play. There was gender-insensitivity in the sense that somebody who had made it academically and professionally was denied a chance by this Commission. Now with this amendment, I can comfortably support this report; even those people who are disabled are given an opportunity to serve this nation. It shows that disability is not inability. With those few remarks, I support the Report. view
