Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the Assistant Minster aware that the work done in those schools is of poor quality compared to the work done by the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF)? If so, is he prepared to initiate audit to make sure that those schools get value for their money?

2 Dec 2009 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the Assistant Minister aware that the work done in those schools is of poor quality compared to the work done by the CDF? The classrooms funded by the CDF appear to cost less than the amount disbursed by the Ministry, and yet they are done better?
