Three years ago, a Mr. Enos Ogada who hails from Nyando Constituency left this country to seek for greener pastures in Dubai. Mr. Ogada, together with his wife and children have been in Dubai for the last three years. They are now wondering whether they have a Government that could really help them to find out whether Mr. Ogada died in jail.
