Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that the lawyer of the company â and I have checked with him - was advised that the document would need to be approved by Parliament first, before the company is registered. I am aware that he was instructed to register the company on 13th July, 2009, but he held on because of that advice. There was no bad faith or intention.
