Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know what hon. Murkomen, the Chairperson of the Committee, will spend time telling this House. The biggest issue here and we know very well, is that if we decide to evaluate the work of representatives of counties we will face a lot of challenges. Thank you Madam Temporary Speaker. I want to thank the Mover of this Motion. I have known her for a long time. As far as I know, she has always fought for women. God is great that she is now in this House to be able to fight for women properly. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not have much to say, but I think I need to say something before this Motion comes to an end. I have listened to the contributions on this Motion and they have a case to talk about. The Motion itself is important in as far as reminding the Government that there is an outstanding issue that it must always be concerned about. It is quite possible that some people would be rendered unemployed without anybody taking responsibility. That is why this Motion is so important and it has come at the right time. This House ...

Thank you; you deserve credit because mine is a Kikuyu. I am trying to say this because when we are talking in this Chamber, we should not appear as if we are at war with anybody.
