In gauging the mood of the House, the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs did indicate that he would be submitting the Motion to the House Business Committee. At the time that was done, the Prime Minister's committee was already sitting. We were aware that the Prime Minister, in fact, had called for a meeting even before the issues were raised in this House.
