However, we have other members who sit on the board representing the Government. We know the PS for Education is from the Rift Valley, the PS of the National Treasury and planning is from Central and also, the Attorney- General is from Central. What happened to the other regions? I have looked at the minutes and introductory pages; there are no signatures in this Report. So, my question is: Is this Report authentic to be considered by this House? view
