He has given us the following figures for the Assisting Counsels: Kshs36,850,000, Kshs35,300,00, Kshs35,300,000 and Kshs16,583,333. For the Commissioners he has given us the following figures: Kshs56,383,333, Kshs38,956,660, Kshs11,883,333.30 and Kshs49,750,000. The total of these figures is about Kshs280 million. He is now giving us a total of Kshs190,083,363.20. Is he in order to mislead us? view
